
This is a final reminder regarding consent forms for our Flu Mist vaccine clinic here at the school on 10/10/25. If you plan to take advantage of this convenient opportunity, please remember to complete the consent form sent home on Monday, 8/25/25, and return it to the school by Monday, 9/25. If you need another copy of the consent form, please contact the school.

Walkers are canceled for today. Students will use their rainy day back-up plan.

For your convenience, our Department of Health nurses will be offering the Flu Mist vaccine here at our school on October 10th, 2025 . Your student will bring home consent forms and an information packet on Monday 8/25/25. The consent form, which includes a front and back page, must be completed and returned to the school by Monday, September 8, 2025, for your student to receive the Flu Mist vaccine on campus during our vaccine clinic. Please review this packet, complete both the front and the back of the consent form, and return it to the school by September 8th, 2025 if you wish to take advantage of this convenient opportunity. This year, our health department will be administering the nasal Flu Mist vaccine to every age group of students. No student will receive a vaccine without a properly completed consent form.

Pre-pay for Kona Ice now. Kona Ice will be at SSDI on 8/29/25.

Bell schedule: 7:50 - initial bell rings (students are welcomed to enter the building) 8:15 - tardy bell rings (parents must come into the building to check their student in) 2:29 - dismissal bell Please remember that dismissal may take longer the first week of school as everyone gets their routine down. Parents are invited to escort their student(s) to class on the two days of school.
